Lisa Lindsay Wicker
is an author, business executive, leader, and trailblazer in the field
of human resources. She has more than 20 years experience in human
resources development, training, organization dynamics, and change
management. Among her credits, Lisa Lindsay Wicker was Corporate
Manager of Employee Enthusiasm Strategies, General Motors North
American Operations. She was also Vice President of Human Resources,
MGM Grand-Detroit – the first African-American female to be named to
the position in the company’s international operations. She was voted
